Peter Vincent is Senior Vice President and Head of Middle East, India and Africa Solutions at Franklin Templeton Investment Solutions. His work focuses on multi-asset investment portfolios, drawing on extensive experience in risk management, alternative investments and portfolio solutions.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2013, he worked at Fauchier Partners, a UK-based fund of hedge funds. Before Fauchier Partners, he ran an asset/liability advisory business within Swiss Re Capital Markets, providing capital markets-based solutions for insurance companies. He began his career in risk management, initially in FX risk at BP Finance, followed by credit risk at Bankers Trust, before becoming a founding member of the risk advisory business at Tokai Bank Europe.
He entered the financial services industry in 1992 and has over 30 years’ experience spanning risk management, asset and liability management, securitisation, alternatives and investment solutions. He holds an MA (1st class) in mathematics and philosophy from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in management from the London Business School.
