Why This Role Exists
The Associate Investment Manager role exists to help clients stay aligned with their long-term financial goals, especially during moments of uncertainty, market volatility, and life changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand financial cash flows, goals and financial ratios
- Support goal and portfolio reviews
- Help manage client emotions and stay goal-oriented, especially during volatility
- Build strong relationships with scheduled virtual meetings
- Maintain accurate data on DiA
Learning Curve (First 3–6 Months)
- Start with 15–20 clients
- Close mentoring by senior Investment Managers
- Gradual scale to ~100 clients
Work Structure
- Calendarised, planned client interactions
- Fixed working hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Who Can Apply
- Graduates (minimum 1 year experience after graduation preferred)
- Wealth management experience not required
- CFP strongly preferred

Growth & Compensation
- AIM to IM in 12–18 months
- Fixed-first compensation: FinEdge follows a clean, transparent compensation structure. Fixed compensation forms the core of the salary and translates clearly into monthly take-home pay. We do not inflate CTC numbers through complex or opaque components.
